We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our Growth Marketing team. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving business growth by providing analytical insights and building dashboards to improve targeting, segmentation, profitability, and forecasting. This role will also support the marketing operations team in select technology implementations and data integrity initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong Salesforce CRM and marketing automation reporting experience, exceptional analytical skills, and can interpret and communicate findings in a meaningful way for stakeholders. You’ll also contribute to maintaining clean, reliable data across systems and support key martech projects as we evolve our stack.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations and is a key influencer in the growth of marketing at Veriforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports with KPIs to support data-driven decision-making across the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Develop compelling data visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights to marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Conduct gap analyses to determine and prioritize data acquisition needs.
  • Oversee database strategy including segmentation, data cleanliness, and integrity within CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing stakeholders to align on data needs, performance metrics, and reporting cadences.
  • Provide recurring (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc reports, insights, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Support campaign measurement, performance analysis, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis.
  • Assist with select marketing technology implementations, including support for system configuration, data mapping, and user acceptance testing.
  • Monitor and improve data integrity across systems, partnering with Marketing Operations and RevOps on governance and synchronization across platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, and connected tools.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and attribution.
  • Familiarity with modern martech stacks and how systems integrate and exchange data.
  • Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights.
  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple requests and timelines.

Required Experience

  • 5–7 years in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Analytics.
  • Advanced SQL skills to extract and manipulate data from multiple systems. Advanced knowledge of complex query writing using SQL with the ability to join multiple tables, summarizing, grouping, data manipulation, performing analytical functions; experience with Python or R (statistical programming language) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Pardot (or equivalent MAP).
  • Demonstrated experience building data visualizations in Tableau and/or Power BI (required).
  • Exposure to marketing tech stack components — especially in the context of implementations and ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
