As a Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our Run Specialty retailer clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met through ongoing communication, strategic planning, and support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing regular campaign updates, advising on marketing strategies, and identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes. You will also assist clients in navigating their marketing dashboards, ensuring they understand key performance metrics and insights. By fostering strong relationships, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our clients' marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management

    • Serve as the main point of contact for client communications via email, phone, and video meetings.

    • Regularly communicate updates on campaign performance, marketing strategies, and data insights.

  • Data & Campaign Management

    • Guide clients in navigating and interpreting data dashboards, helping them understand key performance metrics.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign optimizations, troubleshooting, and successful implementation of client requests.

  • Project Management

    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups for client campaigns and requests.

    • Ensure all client projects are executed on time and meet quality standards.

    • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to streamline processes and resolve issues efficiently.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to foster trust and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both clients and team members.

  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance client communications, internal collaboration, and project execution.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role.

  • Proven ability to manage client relationships, drive satisfaction, and meet client goals.

  • Run Specialty industry knowledge (preferred but not required).:

  • Experience with marketing or project management tools such as CRM platforms, task management systems (e.g., Asana, Airtable.com), and analytics dashboards.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, email, or other relevant marketing channels (preferred but not required).
