Job Responsibilities and Duties

Strategic planning

  • Define and execute the enterprise integration strategy aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiative
  • Expertise in adoption of integration platforms (iPaaS, APIs), modern architecture (microservices, event driven)
  • Lead enterprise architecture governance

Project management and execution

  • Build and manage integration team with architects, developers, testers to deliver high quality product
  • Oversee project tracking ensuring on time delivery, within scope and budget
  • Develop culture of continuous improvement and agile delivery
  • Encourage and support innovation within the team.
  • Create the high-level design of integration solutions and guide implementation teams on components and patterns to use in the detailed design and implementation.
  • Transforms business requirements into scalable/manageable solution architecture and design specifications.

Collaboration with various stakeholders

  • Engage with business leaders, product/ IT owners to identify integration needs and opportunities
  • Act as liaison between technical leaders and executive leadership to translate and prioritize business needs into integration solutions

Technology oversight

  • Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Be updated with upcoming technologies and how they could be integrated in the current landscape
  • Own the architecture and lifecycle of enterprise integration platform and middleware technology

Experience Needed for the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology required
  • 7+ years of relevant experience as a software developer, architect, or platform owner
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience in working with database technologies.
  • 7+ years of relevant industry experience in the use of system integration tools and technologies.
  • 4+ years managing a team of engineers working onshore/offshore/remote.
  • Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, API design, microservices architecture, and message queuing systems.
  • Experience with MuleSoft Architecture and Integration, Data Transformations, Open Banking, Fintech, FDX Standards is a plus
  • Practical experience working with the Agile approach to project management.
  • Experience with Shared Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SSO using oAuth 2 and integration security using mutual TLS.
    Strong systems analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge in cloud concepts (i.e. AWS services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, ...).
  • MuleSoft Integration Architect certification preferred

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $175,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
