- Exceptional stakeholder influence and relationship-building skills, fostering trust with regulators, partners, customers, and internal teams alike. Sharp commercial and financial acumen, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and unlock new revenue opportunities.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory environments, ensuring compliance while enabling innovation and speed-to-market.
- Visionary mindset paired with operational rigor, able to inspire teams while delivering measurable, scalable results.
- Strong cultural intelligence and adaptability, leading diverse teams across regions with empathy, clarity, and resilience.
- Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

- Experience in high-growth fintech, blockchain, or payments companies operating in Central and South America.
- Track record of building repeatable operational frameworks and playbooks across multiple markets in Web3 or crypto.
- Strong cultural fluency and experience leading diverse, distributed teams.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments with a blend of strategic vision and operational discipline.
- Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
