We are seeking a Managing Director, Agentic AI Adoption & Integration to drive enterprise-wide adoption of AI agents, with a special focus on strategic partnerships with key vendor ecosystems. This leader will act as the central point of accountability for assessing and operationalizing agent technologies at scale across the organization. Reporting directly to the Head of AI, this role requires a rare combination of strategic vision, technical depth, operational rigor, and cross-business influence.
This leader will define the framework for evaluating the “why, what, and how” of adopting new agents within our agentic AI platform, build streamlined assessment processes to ensure reliability, and guide integration into our business and technology ecosystems to generate measurable enterprise value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic AI Leadership
- Partner with the Head of AI to translate enterprise AI strategy into a structured adoption roadmap for agentic AI solutions.
- Identify opportunities for vendor partner agents that align with business priorities and operational needs.
- Define and develop assessment framework for agile agent adoption with utility, ROI, and risk evaluation in mind.
Vendor Partner Ecosystem Management
- Build and maintain deep relationships with leading cloud, AI, and agent technology providers.
- Establish enterprise-level assessment and validation standards for third-party and co-developed agents.
- Ensure partner solutions align with enterprise architecture, technology, and compliance standards.
Enterprise Integration & Operations
- Lead cross-functional programs with business, functions, and technology leaders to streamline the assessment and adoption of agents into workflows, platforms, and customer-facing channels.
- Oversee partnership and adoption process of vendor agents.
- Champion operational readiness, resilience, and scalability of agent assessment and adoption.
Change Leadership & Adoption
- Drive awareness, education, and adoption across internal stakeholders and business functions.
- Develop enterprise-wide playbooks and best practices for agent review and adoption.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive leadership in technology, AI/ML, and/or cloud-enabled transformation.
- Solid foundation in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML platforms, and modern application ecosystems.
- Experience in operational excellence, scaling enterprise technology, and embedding governance and risk management.
- Experience evaluating, adopting, and scaling emerging AI capabilities in large, complex organizations.
- Deep understanding of AI agents, LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and monitoring/ops.
- Experience driving cross-business value creation through AI technology adoption.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and relationship-building with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence across a matrix organization.
- A forward-leaning mindset toward innovation, with a pragmatic ability to deliver measurable outcomes.
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2025-09-02Base Pay Range: $240,000/yr - $325,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
