Job Responsibilities
  • Help lead the day-to-day front-of-house operations of the restaurant with a focus on guest experience, safety, training, sales, and profitability
  • Partner with the management team to execute action plans and keep the restaurant running at a high level
  • Support hourly staffing, scheduling, performance management, and performance evaluations
  • Coach, develop, and motivate hourly team members to perform with confidence, consistency, and strong hospitality
  • Help create a team culture that is solution-driven, collaborative, and rooted in Carolina Hospitality
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the Home Office, leadership team, restaurant staff, and guests
  • Support bar operations and beverage execution, with bar experience serving as a strong plus in this role
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by building and maintaining strong relationships in the local community
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws
  • Help manage cost of sales and controllable expenses through strong shift execution and operational discipline
  • Lead with an ownership mindset and help drive results through accountability, consistency, and teamwork
