What you will do

The Manager, US HCP Engagement – Oral Healthcare (Listerine) is responsible for supporting the development and execution of HCP engagement strategies that strengthen Kenvue’s scientific credibility and drive growth across the oral care portfolio.

This role plays a key part in translating clinical insights and brand priorities into effective, insight-driven engagement with dental and pharmacy HCPs, helping increase brand relevance and share of recommendation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Strategy Development & Execution

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HCP engagement plans aligned to Oral Healthcare brand priorities

  • Translate insights into targeted engagement tactics that enhance HCP relevance and support business objectives

Field & Omnichannel Activation

  • Partner with Medical Sales and cross-functional teams to support:

    • Message activation and cycle planning

    • Sampling strategy and execution

    • CRM content and omnichannel engagement

  • Help deliver coordinated “surround sound” experiences across HCP touchpoints

    • Field Based, Medical Congress, Digital/Omni-channel, etc. 

Content & Agency Collaboration

  • Work with agency partners to develop engaging, insight-driven HCP materials, including:

    • Digital sales aids

    • CRM content

    • Educational tools

  • Support test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve engagement effectiveness

Performance & Insights

  • Track key metrics (e.g., engagement, recommendation trends) and support performance reporting aligned to company and brand goals.

  • Contribute to insights generation, translating findings into actionable optimizations

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, Medical, Sales, and Analytics teams to ensure aligned HCP engagement execution

  • Support coordination across stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality programs

External Engagement

  • Represent Kenvue at select HCP-facing events (e.g., regional meetings, congress support)

  • Build foundational relationships with HCPs and partners

What what we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required

  • MBA or advanced degree beneficial

  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or CPG industries

  • Experience in marketing, medical sales, or HCP engagement preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

  • Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and execution capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HCP marketing or field engagement strategies

  • Familiarity with CRM, omnichannel engagement, or digital marketing tools

  • Interest in oral healthcare, prevention, and patient education

What’s in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:

$124,100.00 - $175,200.00

This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
