What you'll work on
- Support the expansion and management of banking relationships across Europe
- Execute daily treasury operations, including cash movements, account administration, and reconciliation
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor liquidity, compliance, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support the financial infrastructure of Circle France, including capital planning and cash flow operations
- Contribute to the development and documentation of treasury policies, standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with financial and operational regulations, including capital, liquidity, and settlement frameworks
- Assist with audits, regulatory submissions, and governance reporting as needed
What you'll bring to Circle
Core Requirements
- 7+ years of experience across finance, treasury, or operations in a regulated financial institution
- Hands-on experience with bank account operations, cash positioning, and liquidity management
- Strong knowledge of capital and liquidity regulations in the financial services sector
- Deep service operations experience, including operating model and process design
- Strong intrinsic problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
- Fluent in both English and French; excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Candidates must be located within commuting distance to Paris; 1-2 days/week in-person team collaboration required
Preferred Requirements
- Familiarity with short-term investment instruments and treasury products
- Experience with policy creation, process documentation, or audit readiness
- Experience leveraging AI automation tools such as n8n
