We are seeking a Manager, Trading Systems to serve as the business owner for assigned trading technology capabilities, ensuring trading systems are configured, governed, and operated to deliver consistent, scalable, and efficient business outcomes across the investment lifecycle.

This role defines how trading technology should function to support portfolio management, trading, operations, compliance, and client servicing. • Establish and maintain business ownership of trading platform configurations, ensuring changes are governed, documented, validated, and aligned with operational standards.
  • Partner with Product Management to influence product roadmaps, prioritize enhancements, and ensure strategic initiatives address evolving trading and operational needs.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), business validation, production readiness reviews, and post-implementation stabilization for trading system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize trading workflows through configuration improvements, automation, workflow redesign, and operational standardization.
  • Evaluate the operational impact of configuration changes, ensuring downstream processes, integrations, and control environments remain stable and effective.
  • Establish governance for trading system changes by defining approval processes, documentation standards, testing requirements, and production release criteria.
  • Monitor process  performance, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve platform capabilities and user experience.
  • Identify operational risks, process gaps, and control weaknesses while partnering with Compliance and Risk to strengthen governance and regulatory alignment.
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for technology investments that improve scalability, operational efficiency, production resiliency, and client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Engineering throughout the solution lifecycle to ensure delivered capabilities align with business expectations and production operating requirements.
  • Influence organizational capability by sharing trading system expertise, promoting best practices, and driving adoption of standardized operating models across Trade Operations.
  • Other duties as assigned
