A Typical Day: 

  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to fuel business growth
  • Lead, inspire, and empower a high performing team of recruiters to build high quality pipelines
  • Oversee team success: manage prioritization, delegate responsibilities, and ensure accountability
  • Mentor, guide, and support the career development of our Technical Recruiting team members
  • Leverage data to continuously improve hiring processes—from candidate experience to interviewing, and events
  • Role model effective leadership l through collaborative everyday interactions and sound decision-making
  • Deliver regular data, metrics, and performance reports to keep the team and stakeholders informed
  • Collaborate with recruiting leadership to execute on strategic hiring plans
  • Partner with leaders across technical teams, Talent Partners, and other business functions to align on headcount and workforce planning

Your Expertise:

  • 10+ years of experience in technical recruiting including 2+ years of experience managing full cycle in-house Technical Recruiters
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Genuine passion for developing and leading people
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven track record in delivering on hiring goals
  • Ability to build effective recruiting strategies that contribute to the team’s hiring goals
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a recruiting team and stay calm during high pressure recruiting cycles
  • Ability to drive and complete projects executing against timelines

Your Location:

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. How We'll Take Care of You:

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

$160,000$199,500 USD
