About the Role
Included Health is hiring a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team of Senior Recruiters supporting our Engineering, Product, Design, and Data (EPDD) functions. This role is critical to scaling our technical recruiting capabilities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes. As the Technical Recruiting Manager, you will lead by example — coaching and developing your team, optimizing recruiting processes, and building trusted relationships with senior technical leadership. You are not only a master of recruiting strategy and execution but also bring a deep curiosity and data-driven mindset to drive efficiency and unlock team potential.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop: Manage a team of 5 Senior Recruiters, providing clear goals, coaching, and development to unlock their full potential.
- Drive High-Impact Hiring: Own EPDD recruiting outcomes, maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Strategic Leadership: Design scalable recruiting strategies to support high-growth technical hiring.
- Optimize Recruiting Operations: Improve processes, drive automation, and streamline workflows for recruiter efficiency.
- Leverage Data & Analytics: Use data to guide recruiting decisions, influence stakeholders, and track performance.
- Mentorship & Growth: Develop recruiters into strategic talent partners capable of engaging and influencing senior technical leaders.
- Cultivate Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build strong relationships with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data leaders, providing strategic recruiting insights.
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Lead inclusive hiring practices, ensuring diverse talent pipelines and equitable candidate experiences.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years managing technical recruiting teams in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting teams, improving productivity, and driving results.
- Demonstrated ability to drive recruiter efficiency through data, process optimization, and mentorship.
- Deep curiosity and a growth mindset, always looking for ways to learn and improve.
- Strategic and adaptable, capable of navigating ambiguity and leading teams through change.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using ATS data (Lever preferred) and dashboards to influence decision-making.
- Effective communicator with a track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical stakeholders.
