The Manager of Talent Acquisition will lead a team of recruiters, develop hiring strategies for Sales roles, and optimize recruiting processes.

As StackAdapt continues to scale, our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in attracting and hiring world-class talent across all areas of the business. We’re now looking for a Manager, Talent Business Partner to lead and elevate hiring across our Sales teams. This leader will oversee a team of 3–6 high-performing recruiters and drive hiring across our business-critical Sales teams across North America and beyond. You’ll partner directly with senior executives to shape hiring strategies, coach and develop your team, and build scalable recruiting processes that support our growth goals.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners focused on Sales hiring, accountable to ~100-150 hires per year.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across the Sales organization, bringing forward thoughtful and creative solutions to challenges.
- Analyze and report on recruiting KPIs to drive a culture of iterative process improvement.
- Work cross functionally with People Business Partners, Total Rewards, People Analytics and Revenue leadership teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Bringing curiosity and creativity to solve hiring challenges and continuously iterate on how we attract and assess top talent.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Multiple years managing recruiters in a fast-paced, high-tech organisations with strong management principles and operating rhythms.
- Proven success hiring for Sales or other Commercial functions ideally in AdTech or digital media environments.
- Strong operational rigor and a track record of building or optimizing recruiting processes at scale.
- Comfort working with talent metrics and using data to coach teams, inform stakeholders, and iterate on strategy.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and executive leaders, navigating competing priorities.
- A people-first leadership style that builds high-trust, high-performing teams.
