The Manager, Strategic Initiatives will support the organization’s highest-priority projects, identifying and implementing opportunities that drive substantial ROI. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Initiatives and collaborating with the executive team, this role will assess operational challenges, set measurable improvement targets, and guide cross-functional efforts to deliver on a strategic action plan.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Actualize high-priority projects that align with WelbeHealth’s long-term vision and short-term operating plan
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and address critical business challenges
  • Synthesize quantitative data and qualitative insights into key findings, providing actionable takeaways for stakeholders at all levels and clear and concise materials for executive distribution, and supporting workgroups and steering committee meetings
  • Drive timely delivery of project outcomes through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships across all organizational levels, including executives, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
  • Experience working with large (internal/external) consulting firms is required
  • One (1) to four (4) years of experience in consulting, operations, and/or strategy in healthcare or related industry
  • Exceptional experience with analytics, with the ability to provide business insights from analysis and tell a story with data; experience working with large data sets is required
  • Demonstrated systems thinking/problem solving skills
  • Excellent influence, collaboration, and partnership skills, as this role will require significant navigation of a matrixed organization
  • Advanced level Microsoft suite expertise, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $109,240 - $144,197 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
