POSITION SUMMARY:
The Solutions Engineering team works with the Sales team to effectively join sales calls with new or existing customers, addressing technical questions, researching, solving issues, and providing overall technical expertise to assist in closing business.
The Solutions Engineering team helps sales identify customer pain points, develop solutions, present the Netradyne value benefits, and address any technical objections. To realize this, the Manager, Solution Engineering should have a strong desire to lead a team of Solutions Engineers and Trial Success Managers to utilize their technical and sales skills to understand the customer’s needs and requirements, execute highly impactful solution evaluations, and drive consistent collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. This highly creative and skilled role will primarily focus on cultivating, developing, and retaining high performing technical sales professionals while executing the short and long-term strategy of the Solutions Engineering team.
The Manager, Solutions Engineering, should be highly competent in assisting with technical sales strategy and can work cross-functionally with their assigned Sales segment leaders, Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering. Experience leading high impact teams, driving complex solution escalations, and delivering compelling demonstrations of cloud solutions and products to strategic audiences is essential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Lead, coach, and elevate a high-performing team of Solutions Engineers supporting the full customer journey—from discovery, solution design, and technical validation.
 - Champion operational excellence by building scalable frameworks for solution evaluations and proof-of-concepts that deliver consistent, repeatable outcomes and maximize customer adoption.
 - Serve as a trusted technical authority and executive-level advisor on Netradyne’s platform, guiding both customers and internal stakeholders through evolving capabilities and aligning technology vision with business objectives.
 - Oversee strategic customer engagements, guiding technical discovery, solution architecture, and ROI-based conversations.
 - Partner with sales leadership and go-to-market teams on account strategy and business development initiatives to accelerate revenue growth within the assigned segment.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope, design, and deliver innovative, enterprise-grade solutions that address emerging customer needs.
 - Translate product capabilities into tangible business outcomes, enabling the team to clearly articulate differentiated value while informing product prioritization alignment.
 - Maintain deep competitive intelligence across adjacent and competing technologies, equipping the team to position Netradyne effectively.
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to (Competencies):
- 3+ years of pre-sales leadership experience in a high-growth SaaS and hardware environment, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.
 - Proven success as a top-performing Solutions Engineer, demonstrating excellence in discovery, technical storytelling, and consultative selling.
 - Deep understanding of the Transportation and Logistics industry, including fleet operations, telematics, and safety technology.
 - Strong people leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on developing technical talent and driving accountability within a fast-paced GTM organization.
 - Hands-on experience designing and delivering complex product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
 - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
 - Bachelor’s degree required; advanced technical or business degree preferred.

Compensation Package_Perks of being a Netradyne employee:
- Annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position is: $187,500 - $250,058 USD (depending on your city of residence and experience)
