We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below, based on factors including geographic location.
Boston: $73,000 - $109,000 ($132,000 - $198,000 OTE range)

Lead and Inspire
- Work closely with the Restaurant Sales Leadership Team to effectively lead, train, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, maximizing their individual performance. Hone your coaching and mentoring skills, becoming a trusted resource for your team's growth and development.
- Monitor success outcomes from each team member through the creation of recognition programs, dashboards, and leaderboards
- Encourage team members to contribute new ideas and solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop clear expectations and instill accountability for employees across all aspects of their performance
- Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment, serving as a respected leader who encourages open communication, healthy competition, and individual accountability.
- Develop engaging coaching strategies and content for team meetings, foster transparency, and align broader company initiatives with department goals.
- Identify opportunities within individual sales performers and establish coaching plans.
Drive Restaurant Partnerships
- Travel as needed to conduct in-person sales pitches with merchant owners and provide on-the-ground support by shadowing Sales Executives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiencies with processes, tools, product offerings, and employee development
- Use Salesforce.com to develop regular tracking and reporting of key performance metrics and translate these metrics into implications and recommendations
Internal Collaboration and Strategy
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to define and implement effective sales strategies that drive revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition within the SMB segment.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to develop robust tracking and reporting of key performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our processes, tools, product offerings, and employee development initiatives.
- Provide valuable input to the overall sales strategy of the department.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-8 years of sales experience in a high-activity, high-volume environment; 3+ years of people management experience and working
- CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.com
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in a metrics/data-driven environment; have a basic understanding on how to analyze metrics and using them to improve performance
- Have a coach's mentality: you love helping others succeed and strive at pushing your team to its fullest potential
- Experience in meeting deadlines, strong attention to detail, and organized
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem solving skills; ability to work across multiple internal groups with competing priorities
- Experience working in a metrics/data-driven environment
- Have a deep interest and enthusiasm to work for a rapidly evolving company
