BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
You lead a team of Right of Entry Specialists to attain all necessary legal documentation for ROE. You coordinate all efforts to efficiently ensure a smooth ROE and implementation process. You collaborate with teams in person and digitally within an office environment and travel as needed.
WHAT OUR RIGHT OF ENTRY MANAGERS ENJOY MOST
  • Contact and negotiate with appropriate building management decision makers nationwide for ROEs.
  • Coordinate the installation process utilizing exhibits and SOWs that are required.
  • Skillfully negotiate ROEs by conveying the benefits of improved technology infrastructures.
  • Ensure ROE agreements by reviewing and red-lining property owner license agreements.
  • Manage and lead a cross-functional team of ROE professionals with commercial real estate and technology backgrounds.
  • Support and communicate with the senior management and legal counsel of commercial properties.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO Spectrum Business
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: Four or more years of telecommunication building access, commercial real estate and agreement negotiation experience; Ten or more years of telecommunications and cable right of way and sales experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Expert in conveying ROE processes to team members; Familiar with the SOW concepts of use, joint-use, joint-build and make-ready of utility assets of building entrances, conduits and risers, rights of way, co-location and pole attachments; Knowledge of ROE requirements, policies, procedures, standards and practices.
  • Skills: Organizational, prioritization, change management, paralegal and English communication skills; Familiar with negotiating ROEs.
  • Abilities: Deadline-driven with the ability to organize and maintain aggressive workflow schedules.
