Job Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.
You will solve the challenge of maintaining financial accuracy and operational excellence within the Device Revenue Assurance team. By bridging the gap between raw data and executive decision-making, you ensure that emerging risks are identified and mitigated before they impact the bottom line. This role is central to our billing transformation, requiring a leader who can automate manual workflows while managing high-stakes release activities for the organization.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
  • Lead the Device Revenue Assurance team through hiring, performance evaluations, and strategic workflow direction to ensure consistent operational excellence
  • Design and implement AI-driven support initiatives to reduce manual intervention and improve the scalability of departmental workflows
  • Translate complex billing and revenue data into strategic narratives that inform executive-level decision-making on emerging risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate cross-functional release activities from a Billing and Credit perspective to ensure zero-defect deployments for all customer-facing initiatives
  • Achieve significant department OKRs by developing robust reporting plans and tracking milestones for team-wide responsibilities
  • Execute change management strategies for billing systems with minimal impact to existing customer accounts or revenue streams

  • Advanced expertise in financial data analysis and the interpretation of operational metrics to define problems and establish facts
  • Strategic proficiency in designing scalable, AI-integrated workflows that eliminate manual processing errors and drive efficiency
  • Professional leadership in team development, including performance coaching and the direction of high-stakes financial workflows
  • Expert capability in SQL, Microsoft Access, and advanced Excel modeling for structured data retrieval and billing reconciliation
  • Clear and concise communication skills for presenting technical financial narratives and actionable insights to a wide executive audience
  • AI Application skills used to automate routine reporting and monitor unforeseen shifts in business performance through intelligent alerting
  • Critical Experience managing complex revenue assurance cycles and leading organizational release management for billing-critical platforms

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • At least two years of related experience in revenue assurance, business operations, or finance
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Macros)
  • Proficiency with SQL or Microsoft Access
  • Experience with billing release management or credit operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications and Google Suite

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
