Primary Purpose
Are you passionate about data and retail media? Do you want to create next generation reporting tools for the growing AD retail media team? As the Manager, Retail Media BI Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in developing the short-term & long-term vision and portfolio of Business Intelligence Products for AD retail media. Your mission is to improve the user experience and business results by creating best-in-class data infrastructure and enabling data-driven automated solutions for AD retail media. In close collaboration with the ADUSA data, architecture and enterprise IT organizations, you will be responsible for the design, development, and management of AD retail media analytical tools and reporting.
Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Guide the development and maintenance of AD retail media Business Intelligence reporting, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of use.
  • Work in close partnerships with various teams, including data engineering, data architecture, enterprise IT, product management, the business teams, gather requirements, define key metrics, design solutions, and implement data-driven projects.
  • Provide recommendations and data-driven guidance to support senior AD retail media management in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with ADUSA data organization to integrate cutting-edge tools and technologies for advanced analytics and data management for AD retail media.
  • Create and maintain BI data product roadmaps for AD retail media including near-term and long-term goals.
  • Act as SME for BI tools by delivering training to team members on the usage of these tools.
  • Establish baseline metrics and analytics. Collaborate with relevant teams to track and report key performance indicators (KPI) against goals.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure complete and accurate reporting of data/metrics.
  • Drive the adoption of self-service analytics tools and empower teams across the organization to make data-driven decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs within the Business Intelligence function of AD retail media while maintaining quality and efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 3+ years' experience working at a retail media network or retail media technology platform managing BI infrastructure and analytics.
  • 5+ years' experience in data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Experience in code scripting, such as R, Python.
  • Proficient with SQL and ETL development for purpose of end-to-end reporting automation
  • Expertise in Power BI report development and data visualization
  • Expertise in querying and visualizing large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools
  • A deep understanding of both business strategy and the technical intricacies of analytics for retail media.
  • Deep knowledge of retail media and supply-side analytics, yield management, campaign optimization metrics and methodologies. eCommerce experience is a plus.
  • Experience with iterative product development (Agile)
  • Experience using Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
  • Knowledge in designing, managing, and optimizing data using Databricks or other big data tools
  • Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leaders to understand their data needs and provide strategic insights.

  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest BI trends and technologies, ensuring the BI infrastructure remains efficient and effective.
  • Familiarity with marketplace, auction mechanics, audience targeting, and ad technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with retail media ad and sales operation tools like Salesforce, Placements.io, Google Ad Manager, social media and off-site activation platforms.


ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $108,880 - $163,320
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $125,200 - $187,800
