Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Merchandising Manager of Retail Merchandising will be responsible for the strategy/development and execution of retail merchandising tactics across all retail channels overseeing a team of project managers. The channels will consist of the indirect dealer channel and all national retail outlets. The team will support Boost Mobile and Gen Mobile ensuring all merchandising tactics are created & distributed to retail to support product and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the communications & operations of the team are effective for the best execution in stores
  • Direct merchandising directives, tactical creative development and print production & distribution
  • Oversee the team's order management systems which help to serve retailers with apparel, in-store price tags, and merchandising graphic fulfillment
  • Strategize Store Builds team to ensure execution on every project that the team is already execution as new store design, store plan fixture approvals, installations and demo devices
  • Take initiative and make suggestions to improve processes & reduce costs
  • Lead a team of project managers in the development & delivery of Retail Merchandising tactics
  • Effectively manage a considerable number of projects at one time
  • Recommend tactics, materials, vehicles, or production methods

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent
  • 7-10 years experience in Channel Marketing or Marketing Communications, or similar role
  • Retail Wireless, project management, print production, and retail merchandising experience preferred

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with challenging timelines and multiple projects running simultaneously
  • Collaborator who works well with other internal departments (i.e. Brand, Creative, Sales Operations, Product Management, Legal, Real Estate)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project; knowledge of Google Suite and Gmail
  • Subject matter expert in the concept & ideation of field merchandising tactics
  • Detailed oriented attitude, documenting key steps during the process on each of the projects assigned
  • A Boost ambassador mindset, representing the brand identity while leading the partners on the projects; strong advocacy to the department, no problem saying "no" to any different direction or partner during the projects

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
