Position Purpose: With the Centene Pharmacy Services (CPS) team, you will manage and support business objectives through project planning, implementation and delivery of business initiatives.

• Oversee full life cycle for various projects ensuring successful implementation , including staff resources, business and systems processes and planning
• Develop and maintain the organization’s project management methodology
• Develop project management tools and templates to ensure efficient and effective use of portfolio projects
• Monitor current projects and critical path milestones for project success. Report project status and make necessary updates to project plan to ensure successful and timely execution to senior management
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives are met
• Oversee realization of benefits, including tracking financial and qualitative results post project closure
• Develop integrated, actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication, training, and risk matrices
• Support team on the development and execution of plans

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology based solution delivery environment. Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Visio. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
License/Certification: Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
