Position Purpose: With the Centene Pharmacy Services (CPS) team, you will manage and support business objectives through project planning, implementation and delivery of business initiatives.
- Oversee full life cycle for various projects ensuring successful implementation , including staff resources, business and systems processes and planning
- Develop and maintain the organization’s project management methodology
- Develop project management tools and templates to ensure efficient and effective use of portfolio projects
- Monitor current projects and critical path milestones for project success. Report project status and make necessary updates to project plan to ensure successful and timely execution to senior management
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and ensure stakeholder expectations and company’s objectives are met
- Oversee realization of benefits, including tracking financial and qualitative results post project closure
- Develop integrated, actionable and targeted change management plans, including communication, training, and risk matrices
- Support team on the development and execution of plans
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field. Master's degree preferred. 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology based solution delivery environment. Proficient with project management software and Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint and Visio. Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.
License/Certification: Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Pay Range: $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
