What You'll Do
  • Serve as Deputy Program Manager, supporting the Program Manager in daily program operations and acting in their absence.
  • Identify and resolve program issues by developing and executing effective action plans.
  • Allocate resources and ensure program activities are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Maintain strong, consistent communication with the U.S. Government program office and build trusted customer relationships.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity; design reports, dashboards, and visualizations to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.
  • Deliver program documentation and reporting to both internal teams and external customers.
  • Apply policies and procedures to resolve issues while driving continuous improvement across program operations.

Minimum Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship and Secret Clearance (Active)
  • Strong customer-facing experience, especially with government clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to brief executives.
  • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Longmont, CO.

Preferred Qualifications
  • U.S. citizenship and current Secret or TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Program or project management experience.
  • Experience generating program documentation and deliverables.
  • Familiarity with USG contracting environments
  • Knowledge of program lifecycle management, risk management, and cost/schedule control.
  • Knowledge of geospatial data or mission-specific technologies.

Pay Transparency: In support of pay transparency at Vantor, we disclose salary ranges on all U.S. job postings. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range.
• The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $142,000.00 - $236,000.00 annually.
For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
