Create or refine solution one-pagers, presentation decks, and product collateral using tools like PowerPoint or Canva. Maintain brand consistency while finding creative ways to simplify complex ideas through design.
  • Sales enablement - Partner with sales teams to develop materials that support the buyer journey, such as training decks, FAQs, one-pagers, and case studies. Ensure assets are easy to use, visually polished, and aligned to product messaging.
  • Product messaging and positioning - Contribute to defining product positioning, value propositions, and audience-specific narratives that differentiate Seramount in the market.
  • In-person and virtual executive roundtables – Support both virtual and in-person events, from organizing logistics and collateral to preparing speaker materials and post-event follow-up.
  • Stakeholder management - Work closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, sales, and product to align messaging, share insights, and maintain consistent brand voice.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in content marketing, product marketing, or graphic design
  • Strong writer with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly across multiple formats
  • Demonstrated visual and design skills, with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva
  • Experience developing sales enablement tools in partnership with commercial teams
  • Strong collaboration skills and receptivity to feedback from internal stakeholders
  • Ability to ideate, strategize, and take ownership/manage projects from beginning to end
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, lean environment with a passion for innovation
  • Ability to travel to industry conferences/work related events (about 4 times a year)
  • Commitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB’s mission, values, and aspiration
