We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager of Product Management to lead the development and execution of product-level strategies that drive corporate growth and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in shaping product priorities, managing P&Ls, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions.

Expected Duties:

  • Lead team of independent contributors (ICs) to execute integrations for specific partners

  • Participate in Partner Marketplace discussions to understand pending integrations

  • Partner with product line peers to prioritize integrations

  • Play key role in developing and executing strategy to improve partner integration approach and capabilities

  • Communicate solutions to user problems with ICs and necessary teams

  • Responsible for directing and guiding the work of teams and/or individuals

  • Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges that drive business impact

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

You’re expected to execute processes within a subfunction or department. The role requires the establishment of annual objectives and execution of tactics to meet MeridianLink objectives. The role will receive assignments based on incremental objectives and defined processes.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience

  • Ability to provide guidance and direction to subordinates within parameters of MeridianLink policies

  • Ability to interpret financials within the scope of MeridianLink's impact and longevity

  • Ability to execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce

  • Ability to work on issues requiring the analysis of data, and relevant factors and resolve problems

  • Ability to develop and manage routine operational plans

  • Ability to interact with subordinate supervisors and functional peer groups. Interaction requires interpreting and explaining information to audiences familiar with the subject

  • Ability to work on issues requiring the analysis of data, and relevant factors, and resolve problems

  • Ability to gain the cooperation of others by conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects and programs
