Manage customer enablement and education by creating educational content, facilitating internal training, and enhancing community engagement for product adoption and customer success.
About the Role
As the Manager of Product Enablement and Education, you will play a cross-functional role at PeopleGrove, empowering our customers and internal teams with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to succeed with our products across the PeopleGrove and CORE product suite. You will support initiatives that enhance customer education, support internal product enablement, and strengthen community engagement to drive adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams and a dotted line to the Director, Product Enablement and Education. You will be responsible for execution of customer-facing educational resources and managing our product-specific Knowledge Bases, helping foster active customer communities, and support internal training programs that ensure teams are product-savvy and aligned.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Enablement & Education
- Design and maintain educational content (guides, videos, webinars, interactive learning modules) to support new and existing customer onboarding and product adoption.
- Develop and evolve structured learning paths and certification programs in alignment with key product releases and customer needs.
- Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to identify content gaps and create just-in-time learning experiences.
Community Management & Engagement
- Manage and grow customer communities on the PeopleGrove platform across product lines, ensuring consistent engagement through discussion prompts, updates, and campaigns.
- Facilitate peer-to-peer learning, knowledge sharing, and spotlight programs to showcase customer success stories.
- Moderate discussions, surface feedback trends, and drive engagement metrics across community groups.
Internal Product Enablement
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to support internal team enablement (release briefs, training sessions, battle cards) aligned with product releases and launches.
- Facilitate and support internal trainings on an as needed basis.
Customer Marketing & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Support campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team (e.g., feature spotlight, customer education newsletters, community content).
- Assist with curating and developing educational resources used in webinars, newsletters, and lifecycle programs.
- Measure the impact of enablement initiatives using engagement, adoption, and retention data to iterate on strategy.
Must-Have:
- 2-3 years of experience in product enablement, customer education, community management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing educational content and enablement programs in a SaaS environment.
- Strong project management and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for customer success and a learner-first mindset.
Preferred
- Experience with community platforms (e.g., PeopleGrove), LMS tools, and content creation platforms (e.g., Loom, Clueso).
- Familiarity with product marketing or GTM strategies.
- Background working in education technology, higher education, or mission-driven SaaS organizations.
