Description and Requirements
Duties: Manage a product team that consists of multiple feature teams in the development and maintenance of an enterprise to enterprise ("E2E") IT solution. Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by an Agile team to ensure the platform meets the defined goals and vision. Establish and enforce best practices in code control, code reviews, unit testing, DevOps, and application maintenance. Help identify risks and remove barriers so that the team can move forward in development. Manage and drive audits to conclusions. Ensure vendor performance and deliverables meet contract specifications. Full people management responsibility for direct product team including hiring, firing, promotions, performance, career and compensation management, and training and development. Matrix management responsibility for cross functional team members aligned to product team that includes performance management. Participate in discussions that solve business challenges by leveraging technology. Manage product feature software delivery through continuous focus on software development and maintenance metrics and key performance indicators ("KPIs"). Manage user centric design and agile development life cycle. Manages resources to planned feature outcomes, with awareness of over/under utilization and ways to adjust.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign education equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field and eight (8) years of experience performing product development and engineering Agile development. Special Skills, Other Special Skills or Requirements: experience performing software product development management; and, experience performing strategic solutioning and planning.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote.

The wage range for applicants for this position is $163,072.50 to $172,200.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation.
