  • Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for procurement operations, balancing business needs with operational efficiency, service excellence, and enterprise controls.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list. It's about making a significant, positive change in BECU’s journey, where your contributions are valued, and your growth is continually fostered.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN

  • The opportunity to build and launch a centralized procurement function from the ground up, shaping how purchasing operates across one of the nation's largest credit unions.
  • The ability to influence enterprise-wide procurement transformation by designing processes, implementing new ways of working, and creating a more efficient and intuitive buying experience.
  • The opportunity to lead and develop a team while establishing the operational foundation, service standards, and performance measures of a growing procurement capability.
  • Exposure to cross-functional leaders across Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, Finance, Legal, Risk, Technology, and other business functions as a trusted partner in enterprise change.
  • Hands-on experience advancing procure-to-pay capabilities, guided buying, vendor governance, and procurement analytics that strengthen financial and operational controls.
  • A collaborative environment where your ideas, leadership, and process improvements will have a lasting impact on BECU’s procurement operations and long-term organizational success.
