The salary range for this role, based in New York, is $106,720.00 to $133.400.00. The range may vary if the role outside of this location.  Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a candidate’s experience, skills against internal peers and against the scope and responsibilities of the position.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile on-premise accounts, delivering consultative sales strategies that elevate the full Pernod Ricard portfolio.

  • Drive year-round portfolio penetration and velocity, with a strong focus on Prestige brands, through tailored activations and trade engagement.

  • Forecast and achieve quarterly volume, revenue, and distribution targets using data-driven insights and market trends.

  • Execute bespoke consumer experiences and large-scale activations that bring our luxury brands to life in high-visibility accounts.

  • Build and maintain a robust network of trade partners, influencers, and advocates to expand brand presence and market share.

  • Collaborate with local leadership and distributor partners to ensure flawless execution of Prestige programs and initiatives.

  • Manage budgets and reporting tools to track performance, ensuring all activities align with brand standards and deliver measurable results.

Required qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the alcohol beverage or consumer goods industry.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile accounts and deliver consultative sales solutions.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in forecasting and performance tracking.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required by account needs.

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
