Delinea seeks a dynamic and strategic Manager, Channel Enablement to design, launch, and lead a program empowering our network of channel partners and resellers. This individual will be responsible for building scalable enablement initiatives, equipping partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Design and implement a comprehensive partner enablement program to improve the knowledge, skills, and sales performance of channel partners.

  • Training & Education: Develop and deliver training (in-person, virtual, and self-paced) on our cybersecurity solutions, sales strategies, and competitive differentiators.

  • Resource Creation: Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop playbooks, battlecards, and other sales enablement materials tailored to partner needs.

  • Onboarding: Oversee onboarding processes for new channel partners to ensure rapid ramp-up and alignment with company objectives.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs to measure program effectiveness, track partner engagement, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure partner readiness and consistent messaging.

  • Event Leadership: Organize and facilitate partner webinars, workshops, and live events to drive ongoing education and engagement.

  • Technology & Tools: Manage the partner portal, LMS, and other enablement tools to ensure easy access to resources and training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in channel enablement, partner programs, or sales enablement within the software industry.

  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity software landscape, channel ecosystems, and partner go-to-market models.

  • Demonstrated ability to design, launch, and scale partner-focused programs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

  • Proficiency with enablement tools, partner portals, and learning management systems (LMS).

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced SaaS or cybersecurity environment.

  • Familiarity with partner incentive programs and certification frameworks.

  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile) a plus.

  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
