Your Impact
The Manager, Owned Media Monetization is a key leader within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team supporting the Lowe's Retail Media Network (LMN) organization. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue and performance across all owned media channels. It oversees the strategy, packaging, pricing, and execution of monetizable owned media inventory-including email, mobile application content, and digital content. The ideal candidate blends strong commercial acumen with deep experience in owned media operations, personalization, retail environments, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
  • Support the development and execution of monetization strategies for Lowe's owned media channels-including email, app, and digital content-ensuring alignment with the broader Lowe's Media Network (LMN) go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, ad formats, sponsorship models, and placements across owned media surfaces.
  • Partner with LMN Sales Leadership to develop scalable advertiser offerings that leverage first-party data and closed-loop measurement.
  • Support the enhancement of LMN's competitive positioning by contributing owned-media inputs to capability roadmaps and competitive scorecards.
  • Work with the Insights team to prepare performance reporting, testing summaries, and client documentation for owned media channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with owned-media platform partners to support capability expansion and innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales and analytics teams to evaluate opportunities and refine owned-media monetization strategies.
  • Communicate owned-channel performance insights to cross-functional stakeholders to inform optimization and investment decisions.
  • Maintain strong internal partnerships and remain informed on market and industry trends to guide ongoing channel development.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree Business, Marketing, Finance or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 7-10 Years General Marketing Experience
  • 5 Years of full funnel Media Strategy and/or planning in Retail Media, CPG or specialist commerce with exposure to broader Marketing strategy
  • 1-3 Years People Management

Preferred Skills/Education
  • Retail Media Network experience
