Our Customer Operations Learning and Development team is responsible for developing learning content to support our frontline Customer Service employees. They use training and best in class learning technology to prepare our frontline employees to provide the high-quality customer support Spectrum is known for.
BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Manager in Learning and Development, you will translate strategic learning initiatives into precise, scalable programs that elevate representative performance and the customer experience. You'll drive consistent execution and solutions by applying analytical rigor, optimizing workflows, and championing continuous learning across the team. Through strong partnerships with other L&D teams and business leaders, you'll ensure frontline teams have the right resources at the right time and that reporting and outcomes are accurate and actionable. Your leadership accelerates efficiency, strengthens collaboration, and allows Spectrum's Customer Service organization to deliver exceptional support and industry leading expertise.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Lead end-to-end program execution-if you love orchestrating complex initiatives, you'll plan ahead, manage timelines, and ensure accurate, consistent delivery and reporting.
  • Turn insights into impact-if data energizes you, use analytics and feedback to refine content and outcomes.
  • Drive consistent execution-if alignment motivates you, set clear standards and playbooks, equip delivery teams, and reinforce quality across channels.
  • Streamline how work gets done-if optimizing systems is your thing, you'll automate workflows, improve intake and staffing alignment, and elevate team productivity.
  • Strengthen partnerships-if you enjoy cross-functional collaboration, you'll align with L&D leaders and business leaders, define engagement boundaries, and share updates to keep solutions cohesive
  • Champion growth and best practices-if continuous learning motivates you, you'll facilitate knowledge sharing, upskill the team, and foster a culture of innovation.

You'll work in a dynamic, collaborative office environment. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
  • Experience:
    • Learning and Development or Process Creation: 5 years or more
    • Management or leadership: 2 years or more
    • Relevant corporate experience in a large Fortune 100 company
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Knowledge/Content Management, Business Management, Project Management/Program Management, Sales, Operations, or Communications or equivalent experience/certifications or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Abilities:
    • Drive towards performance outcomes while recognizing when a plan needs to be adapted
    • Prioritize work efficiently to meet business partner and customer demand
    • Organize, and assign staff effectively to manage multiple initiatives to meet deadlines
    • Educate, communicate, negotiate, and influence others to produce required outcomes
    • Creatively solve problems while working under pressure
  • Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weekly
