We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Manager, Inside Sales Specialist to join our Treasury Management team. This role is designed to provide consultative sales support to our non-covered Treasury Management clients helping them identify tailored treasury solutions while ensuring seamless implementation. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, drive satisfaction, and support the growth of our treasury management portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with our non-covered Treasury Management clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treasury management solutions.
  • Work alongside seasoned Treasury Management Consultants to allow them to focus on larger relationships
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by providing expert guidance on treasury products and services.
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, including preparing proposals, pricing, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure timely and accurate onboarding of treasury solutions.
  • Partner with internal teams, including operations and product management, to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
  • Maintain and update client records, sales pipelines, and activity reports to support sales initiatives and performance tracking.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative and compliant solutions.

Educations, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • At least 5 - 7 years of financial services experience
  • At least 5 - 7 years of treasury management experience in one of the following capacities (sales, implementation, service, or product)
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of Treasury Management Services and deposit products 
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or equivalent desired

Skills:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 USD to $120,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
