Plan, direct and manage HR Delivery and Data activities in support of ADUSA, local and Global IT, HR and Brand Leadership. Direct, motivate and develop the HR Delivery and Data team to maximize the contributions and positively impact business outcomes. Build HR Delivery and Data bench strength and continually improve the HR user experience with a focus on efficient and effective delivery of HR data and business processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily operations of the HR Data Management department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
  • Accountable for all US SuccessFactors Data Administration, issue triage, change request and project implementations.
  • Primary HRIS point people for leading the troubleshooting of complex issues and coordinating HRIS resolution efforts.
  • Partner with local and Global IT to resolve data and data model issues and schedule deliverables based on resource availability and priority.
  • Participants in Global and Local Governance and Strategy Committees representing US interests
  • Co-create project plans with local and global IT and/or HR Project Specialist to incorporate standards, capture interrelated activities, and create a workable plan that delivers against business requirements.
  • Evaluate project and change request proposals to assess project feasibility and resource requirements.
  • Assign and review the work of HRIS Delivery and Data team.
  • Provide users with US data models and process support for complex SuccessFactors BizX Suite problems as appropriate
  • Develop standards and controls for changing requests and data loads that ensure data security and data integrity requirements are met.
  • Accountable for having the team establish a data disaster recovery plan with guidelines on actions to be taken for backing out or correcting inaccurate system changes and data loads.
  • Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, leading staffing decisions for 7-15 direct and indirect reports
  • Provide coaching and training opportunities for HR Delivery and Data staff to ensure solid succession planning.
  • Stay abreast of advances in HR systems technology.
  • Develop and interpret organizational goals, HR policies and procedures as it relates to system data structure.
  • Evaluate the organization's HR data technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades.
  • Review and approve all HR change requests and design changes prior to their implementation.
  • Prepare and review HRIS delivery and data status updates and service metrics.
  • Accountable for all SuccessFactors Module HRIS Support, Mass Data Changes, US Position & Foundation Data, and Tier 2 Issue Triage.

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or IT, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 5+ years management/supervisory experience in HRIS, or IT
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the SuccessFactors Platform - including EC, Position Management, Learning, Talent, Performance, and Compensation
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence without authority
  • Previous experience with HCM systems including SuccessFactors
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, reproduce, and resolve complex problems in the area of HRIS Delivery and Data
  • SuccessFactors Certification
  • IT or Project Management Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong conflict management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and project management
  • Ability to Influence without Authority

Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC , Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
