Who we are

The real world is the next frontier, and at Metropolis, we are creating the artificial intelligence to make it responsive. We are pioneering the Recognition Economy — a future where mundane repetition disappears and being known unlocks access, comfort, and belonging everywhere you go. From transforming parking into a seamless drive-in, drive-out experience for millions of Members to expanding our intelligence layer across retail and hospitality, we are building a world that feels instinctive and magical. The future isn’t coming; it’s here, and we need builders, innovators, and problem solvers to help us create it.

Who you are

Metropolis is seeking a commercially-minded, externally-facing Manager of Future Mobility to own site selection and activation for a portfolio of Future Mobility partner deployments. In this role, you will activate our 4,500+ location portfolio to meet the operational needs of autonomous vehicle hubs, drone delivery nests, robot delivery stations, and eVTOL vertiports. Sitting at the intersection of real estate, operations, and business development, you will serve as the connective tissue between our partners, asset owners, and internal teams to support our most ambitious partnerships and drive significant long-term growth.

What you'll do
  • Lead site assessment and selection across the 4,500+ location portfolio for AV, drone delivery, robot delivery, and eVTOL partners
  • Project-manage site retrofits to enable Future Mobility operations by working cross-functionally with real estate, procurement, and operations teams
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Future Mobility partners, asset owners, and operations to build trusted relationships and unblock issues
  • Partner with sales and business development to source net-new sites that meet partner needs, scoping deal terms and acquisition requirements
  • Work hand-in-hand with operations leaders and on-the-ground teams to ensure partners receive necessary support at launch and through ongoing operations
  • Track deployment KPIs and partner-level performance to build reporting and analyses that quantify business impact
  • Surface partner feedback and on-the-ground learnings to shape the broader Future Mobility roadmap and product strategy
What we're looking for
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in mobility operations or business development at a fast-paced tech startup
  • Experience in future mobility including AV, drones, or eVTOL
  • Possess well-versed knowledge in at least one of parking, mobility, or real estate
  • Demonstrated success in partner management, account management, or strategic partnerships in an externally-facing role
  • Experience managing multiple partner accounts and projects in parallel while delivering against externally-facing commitments
  • Strong analytical skills to build reporting, track KPIs, and quantify business impact
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate results and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ability to operate with comfort in ambiguity within a fast-moving environment and roll up your sleeves alongside operators, partners, and asset owners
