Reporting to the Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis ("FP&A"), the Manager, FP&A will join Ubiquity's growing FP&A function at a formative stage, partnering with various stakeholders to design and implement financial infrastructure, analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to enhance shareholder value. The Manager, FP&A will be responsible for financial forecasting, annual budgeting, investor relations, board reporting, market research, and strategic financial analysis. This position will work closely with Business Unit Leadership and Ubiquity's broader Strategic Finance Organization, including the Investments & Strategy and Treasury functions.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Opportunity for supervisory experience as the FP&A function grows.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Support the development of annual budget and quarterly forecast targets for assigned business functions and verticals with a mindset of continuous process improvement based on industry best practices and prior experience.
- Assess accuracy of budgets and forecasts, identifying and monitoring variances while partnering with relevant functions to understand root causes and assess impacts on broader financial performance.
- Collaborate with finance functions and Business Unit Leadership to analyze operating and financial trends, understand key performance drivers, and identify business risks, opportunities, and improvement areas. Share key insights within the Strategic Finance Organization, escalating to leadership as appropriate.
- Manage the preparation of high-quality presentation materials for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for internal and external stakeholders (Executive Leadership, Board, Investors & Lenders, etc.).
- Develop, track, assess and report on KPI scorecard(s) and monthly financial performance.
- Support organizational cash flow and forecasting capital requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements to improve FP&A efficiency.
Education and / or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, accounting, or a related field is required.
- Relevant advanced degree (MBA or comparable) or professional qualifications (CFA) preferred but not required.
Required Skills / Abilities:
- 5 -10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Valuation, Investment Banking, or Consulting, with preference for candidates having 5+ years of direct FP&A experience.
- Experience analyzing financing transactions (debt/equity raises, acquisitions) preferred but not required.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex driver-based three-statement financial models and analyzing business performance under multiple operating scenarios.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to synthesize information and present findings in an executive-ready format.
- Experience utilizing planning and reporting systems (e.g., Planful, NetSuite, Power BI, etc.) strongly preferred; experience with FP&A software implementation highly valued.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet deadlines, including ability to deliver high-quality analysis and presentations under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated analytical capabilities, with ability to solve problems creatively and develop new analyses to for emerging business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on presentation abilities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members as the organization grows.
- Ability to have fun and thrive in a growing, diverse, and inclusive work environment.
- Telecom industry experience is preferred but not required.
