The Manager of Finance Operations owns the engine of finance and accounting operations and serves as the architect of scalable financial workflows. Partnering cross-functionally, the Manager of Finance Operations brings structure, visibility, and continuous improvement to financial operations while leading teams and strengthening operational performance. 


What You’ll Do
  • Own and optimize day-to-day financial operations across AR, Collections, AP, and Procurement. 

  • Design and own the operating model for finance workflows, metrics, and case management. 

  • Build and monitor KPI frameworks (DSO, aging, backlog, cycle time, resolution rates, SLAs). 

  • Translate data into clear priorities, insights, and action plans. 

  • Lead case intake, triage, assignment, and capacity management across teams. 

  • Identify bottlenecks and systemic issues using case and performance data. 

  • Drive continuous improvement through automation, process redesign, and system enhancements. 

  • Automate and enhance the cash application process to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability. 

  • Manage and develop a global delivery team supporting cash application and operational workflows. 

  • Partner with various teams across the business to scale and standardize processes. 

  • Set direction, priorities, and accountability for team members. 

  • Deliver operational insights to finance leadership and support close activities. 


What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 

  • 5–8+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, analytics, or process improvement. 

  • Proven experience designing and managing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance reporting. 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into operational decisions. 

  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting. 

  • Hands-on experience with Workday and Salesforce in financial, billing, case management, or operational workflows. 

  • Experience using data to drive process improvement, automation, and scalable operational design. 

  • Ability to manage complex workflows across multiple teams and stakeholders. 

  • Experience leading operational initiatives and influencing cross-functional partners. 

  • Experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar). 

  • Experience with finance transformation, system implementations, or automation initiatives. 

  • Preferred experience working with global or distributed operations teams.
