Ready to lead global growth at scale? At Pebl, we help companies hire, grow, and thrive across 185+ countries without borders holding them back. We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Manager of Expansion Sales to lead and develop a high-performing team focused on helping organizations unlock new opportunities through global expansion.

In this role, you won’t just drive revenue, you’ll build and scale a winning sales motion. You’ll coach and empower your team to identify opportunities, build executive relationships, and guide customers toward ambitious global growth strategies. Backed by a fast-moving, collaborative environment, you’ll play a critical role in shaping team performance, elevating customer impact, and accelerating business growth.

This role is remote-based in the United States and reports to the Senior Manager of Sales.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Lead strategic account growth. Own and drive a portfolio strategy focused on retention, expansion, and long-term customer value, aligning account plans to broader business objectives.

  • Drive proactive business development. Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through targeted outbound strategies, cross-functional initiatives, and partner relationships to expand influence within key accounts.

  • Own forecasting and business performance. Deliver accurate pipeline, renewal, and expansion forecasts; maintain accountability for revenue performance against targets; and use data-driven insights to proactively manage risk, identify opportunities, and drive predictable growth.

  • Lead and develop talent. Manage, coach, and develop direct reports by setting clear performance expectations, fostering accountability, and supporting ongoing professional growth and career development.

  • Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to drive scalable account strategies, operational alignment, and measurable business impact.

  • Influence company strategy. Surface client insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making and help shape the future direction of the business.

Let’s Connect If You Have:

  • Have 10+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in mid-market or commercial segments, with consistent quota attainment.

  • Have a proven track record of exceeding targets, with the data to back it up.

  • Bring a consultative, strategic selling approach. You diagnose before you prescribe and focus on long-term value creation.

  • Demonstrate strong curiosity and business acumen. You can quickly absorb complex information and translate it into clear, compelling solutions.

  • Have experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales or account management teams, with a track record of driving accountability, improving performance, and supporting career growth.

  • Show resilience and ownership. You take accountability for results and remain steady through challenges.

  • Have a global mindset and are comfortable working across regions, cultures, and time zones.

  • Are willing to travel (approximately 20%) to strengthen client relationships.

  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree preferred, though demonstrated performance and impact matter most.

This isn’t just another sales job. This is your opportunity to help companies go places they never thought possible while accelerating your own career. If you’re ready to lead with energy, think globally, and win big, we want to meet you.
