About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Campaigns & ABM to design and execute programs that create and accelerate pipeline within Starburst’s enterprise segment (>$1B annual revenue).

This role will partner closely with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, and the SDR organization to design and execute multi-touch enterprise campaigns including ABM-driven Expand motions within existing customers.

The ideal candidate blends ABM expertise, solutions marketing fluency, and project management excellence. They will act as the orchestrator across teams, ensuring that high-value programs launch on time, hit the right audience, and equip Sales with the materials they need to convert interest into opportunity.

This role is a critical accelerator of our enterprise growth strategy.

As a Manager, Enterprise Campaigns & ABM at Starburst you will:Enterprise Campaign Orchestration
  • Build and manage enterprise campaigns that integrate ABM, partner co-marketing, events, and outbound plays.
  • Develop campaign briefs that connect narrative, target account needs, and proof points to measurable goals.
  • Coordinate execution across PMM, Field Marketing, Partner Marketing, Studio, and SDR teams.
  • Maintain the enterprise campaign calendar and ensure alignment to quarterly GTM priorities.
  • Define KPIs for each campaign: engagement, MQA conversion, opportunity creation, pipeline influence.
  • Track performance and optimize based on leading indicators (intent, content engagement, executive interactions).
  • Partner with RevOps for reporting and forecasting program impact.
  • Own campaign timelines, stakeholder communication, tasks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure Sales and SDR teams receive the right enablement materials at the right time.
  • Run campaign post-mortems and optimize for repeatability.
  • Build reusable assets (one-pagers, slides, use case briefs) that power ABM, outbound, and partner motions.
  • Ensure campaigns incorporate the right combination of messaging, proof, and value articulation.
ABM for Expand Motions
  • Lead ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) focused on growing existing customers, surfacing whitespace, and expanding product adoption.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Marketing to identify account triggers, intent signals, and relevant value propositions.
  • Develop personalized account marketing plans and plays, account days, digital surround, content packages, and follow-up sequences that drive deeper engagement.
Some of the things we look for:
  • 5+ years in enterprise B2B marketing, with experience in ABM, campaign management, or solutions marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to run multi-touch campaigns across outbound, events, partners, and content channels.
  • Strong, collaborator with project management skills; able to drive cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable.
  • Experience working with enterprise sales teams and aligning programs to active opportunities.
  • Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills; highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive.
  • Experience in data, cloud, analytics, or AI infrastructure preferred.
Where could this role be based?
  • This role is based in our Boston or San Francisco office and follows a hybrid model, with an expectation of being onsite 1-2 days per week.

The salary range provided for this role reflects the minimum and maximum targets for candidates across all U.S. locations and could be inclusive of variable compensation, such as commission or bonus. All employees receive equity packages (ISOs) and have access to a comprehensive benefits offering. Actual compensation packages are determined based on relevant skills, experience, education and training, and specific work location.
