Position Summary

Aria has built a structured program to support its ecosystem of platform partners, complementary software partners and Consulting, IT and SI partners ranging from regional to large global services providers. As we grow our presence and business with partners, we realize the need to add new members to the global alliance team.

We seek for immediate hire, a full-time Alliances Manager/ Director who will be located either in the UK or India. The primary focus of this individual will be to drive revenues with and through our existing services partners

Role Description

Aria has built a structured program to support its ecosystem of platform partners, technology partners, and delivery and SI partners ranging from regional to large global services providers. As we grow our partner ecosystem we in turn look to expand our Global Strategic Partnership team in order to meet demand.

We seek for immediate hire, a full-time Manager/Director of Strategic Partnerships who will be located the US. The primary focus of this individual will be to drive channel sales and revenues with and through our existing Strategic Partners including ServiceNow and Salesforce.

Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with partners, managing partner accounts and relationships, and collaborating and supporting internal teams to drive shared business growth. The role also involves developing strategic plans to expand the company’s partnership ecosystem and ensure long-term success through effective collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in Strategic Partnerships and Account Management to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Familiarity of the Salesforce and ServiceNow ecosystems.
  • Skilled in Strategic Planning and Analytical Skills to assess opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS, subscription models, or technology industries preferred.
  • Billing experience a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and effectively manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
