Role Overview:

Could you be our next Manager of Digital Media Production? Globe Life is looking for a Manager of Digital Media Production to join the team!

The Manager of Digital Media Production is responsible for creating the cadence and implementation of social media campaigns and content as part of the social media department, directly supervised, and approved by the Senior Manager of Social Media Production. In this role, the Manager of Digital Media Production will execute campaigns and strategies to help maximize the impact of the company brand across social media channels, collaborating with both Marketing and Sales Leadership within the company. This position will lead digital media content creators to help determine what content will be most impactful on social media platforms to enhance the company’s social media presence. This position will oversee all aspects of production from pre-production to delivery on social media platforms.

This is a remote / work-from-home position.

What You Will Do:

  • Strategize and develop effective social media campaigns for internal and external initiatives, including sponsored posts under direct management supervision.
  • Maintain social media content calendars.
  • Direct digital media content creators in creating engaging social media content.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments within Marketing to ensure cohesion and implementation of content provided to the social media team.
  • Analyze and present effectiveness of campaigns and content through data analytics.
  • Identify trends in content to increase the intentionality of both graphic and video content being created by the social media team and the marketing department.
  • Work with Executive Leadership to identify social media content needs and execution of content strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with new digital marketing and social media best practices.

What You Can Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in social media or digital marketing from four-year college or university.
  • Must have 5-7 years of professional experience in social media and marketing.
  • Experience with Hootsuite, Talk Walker, and Airtable.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify underlying trends.
  • Ability to implement Campaigns based on trends within data.
  • Must possess a passion for social media and digital marketing.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
  • Ability to show enthusiasm and take the initiative on new projects.
  •  Experienced with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint; experience with Excel a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to be an effective communicator with management and teams.
