Position Summary
As a Digital Analytics Manager, you will work closely with product teams in an Agile (SAFe) environment to evolve and improve our digital experiences for customers and patients. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to define success metrics and measurement approaches to ensure our digital experiences stay healthy. You will collaborate with other motivated teammates across UX, Customer Experience Management, IT, Site Optimization, Marketing and Merchandising.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive insights to leadership pertaining to product performance and recommend areas for improvement.

Define KPIs and measurement approach for an upcoming feature release in consultation with product owners.

Quantify impact of customer pain points identified by customer feedback in partnership with customer experience management and drive improvement of experience.

Creating/maintaining dashboards which enable monitoring of in-market customer or patient experiences.

Managing approx. 1-2 analysts within the team.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in conducting highly quantitative analytics.
  • 2+ year of experience in SQL or web analytics tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics with an understanding of data warehouse architecture.
  • Must be able to work east coast hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital click stream data and web/mobile analytics tools including Adobe.
  • Experience in Tableau or equivalent (eg. Power BI, etc.).
  • Project oriented, pro-active, and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects and changing priorities in an extremely fast paced environment and constantly deliver superior results within given deadlines.
  • Strengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail.
  • Masters degree

Education
Bachelors or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
