Why We’re Hiring

We’re hiring an experienced, data-driven Manager, Demand Generation to lead and scale programs that convert awareness into revenue-qualified pipeline. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a clear path toward leading the broader marketing function over time.

You’ll report directly to our CEO, who currently owns marketing strategy, and work closely with our content and lifecycle marketing teammates to craft campaigns that resonate with architects and engineers—and deliver measurable results.

We are open to U.S. remote candidates. Monograph is a remote-first company, with the exception of our sales office in Phoenix, AZ. 

What You’ll Do
  • Own demand generation strategy and execution across paid, organic, events, webinars, direct mail, and more
  • Build full-funnel programs—from landing pages and nurture flows to demo hand-offs—that drive conversion at every stage
  • Launch rapid experiments to test new channels, offers, and segments and scale what works
  • Collaborate with content and lifecycle marketing to ensure a cohesive buyer journey across every touchpoint
  • Work closely with VP Sales and Sales Development motion to align on ICP, lead quality, and follow-up strategy
  • Track and optimize funnel performance using metrics like MQLs, SQLs, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
  • Bring creative campaign ideas to life tailored to the A&E space—from niche sponsorships to standout conference moments
Qualifications
  • Have 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a high-growth SMB SaaS environment (vertical SaaS is a plus)
  • Have successfully launched and scaled multi-channel campaigns, event-driven growth
  • Are fluent in HubSpot, Salesforce, and tools like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Youtube
  • Think like a revenue owner—pipeline and ROI are your primary success metrics
  • Move fast, work independently, and have a strong bias for action
  • Are energized by the opportunity to grow into a broader marketing leadership role as the team evolves
  • Open to utilizing AI tools as the industry evolves

This role offers a compensation range of $140,000–$160,000.
