Who we’re looking for:

ParentSquare is seeking a Manager, Customer Success – Attendance Plus to build the customer success practice for one of our newest products as it scales. Attendance Plus helps districts tackle chronic absenteeism, and the customers signing on now will define how the product is adopted across K-12.

This is a hands-on, player-coach role. You'll carry your own book of strategic Attendance Plus accounts while hiring and coaching a small team of Customer Success Managers — and you'll be building the playbook as you go rather than inheriting one. Expect to be in the accounts, on the escalations, and in the details of what districts actually need to move attendance numbers.

You'll partner closely with Sales, Education, Product, and Support, and serve as the internal voice of the Attendance Plus customer while the product matures.

This role will include:
  • Carrying your own book of strategic Attendance Plus customers, with direct responsibility for their outcomes and renewals
  • Hiring, coaching, and developing a growing team of CSMs into trusted advisors to district leadership
  • Building the Attendance Plus customer success model from the ground up — journey, engagement model, success plans, and playbooks
  • Getting early customers to measurable attendance outcomes, and turning those wins into references and case studies
  • Owning renewal health and retention across the portfolio, with proactive intervention on at-risk accounts
  • Partnering with Sales on expansion and cross-sell grounded in demonstrated value and adoption
  • Serving as the voice of the Attendance Plus customer to Product, bringing back what districts need as the product evolves
  • Establishing the account planning, reporting, and HubSpot hygiene the team will run on as the portfolio grows
Our ideal candidate will have the following:
  • 5+ years in Customer Success/AM role; K12/EdTech/MTSS experience a strong plus
  • 2+ years leading and developing a customer-facing team
  • Comfort building process where none exists — new product, new market, or early-stage experience
  • A track record of owning strategic, high-value relationships with executive stakeholders
  • Demonstrated results driving adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Strong coaching, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills, with a data-driven and highly organized approach

The perks of working for us are great!

You’ll get your foot in the door as our company continues to grow. We’re big believers in work-life balance and provide:

  • Employer-paid health insurance (including dependent coverage)
  • An employer-matched 401K retirement savings program from day 1
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Stock options
  • Health + wellness reimbursements
  • PTO that increases each year
  • 15 paid holidays, including your birthday!

As a fully remote team, we’ll make sure you have all the tools and equipment you need to make your home office a place where you can thrive.

We're an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. We are committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace in compliance with applicable state laws.

The salary range for this role will be $75,000-$110,000 DOE.
