We are looking for a strategic professional to help drive the vision, structure, and performance of our Campaign Operations function - balancing high-level planning with scalable execution to support marketing growth and impact. As Manager, Campaign Operations, you will drive the orchestration, optimization, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across channels - ensuring operational excellence, data-driven targeting, and flawless execution that fuels pipeline growth.
This role will report to the Director, Marketing Operations, a critical part of our connected GTM Operations team. You'll bring a track record of proven success, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $136,600 - $168,735
Tier 2: $122,900 - $151,830
Tier 3: $109,300 - $135,030

What you'll do:
- Drive the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign goals, audience strategy, and GTM priorities.
- Oversee marketing automation workflows, including nurture streams, webinar/event follow-up, and campaign triggers using HubSpot and integrated tools.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Business Development and Ops to ensure proper segmentation, lead flow, scoring, and targeting logic.
- Create and enforce standards for QA, email deliverability, compliance (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), and data hygiene for personalization.
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to inform performance improvements across email, landing pages, and offers.
- Collaborate with Platform Operations on tool integrations, lead routing enhancements, and personalization efforts across the funnel.Serve as a main point of contact for marketing campaign enablement, advising stakeholders on operational feasibility and execution timelines.Track campaign performance; support consistent UTM structure, tagging, analytics QA, and attribution readiness.
- Build and maintain standardized documentation and campaign playbooks to drive repeatability and operational scale.
- Contribute to overall marketing operations planning, OKRs, and process improvements aligned with revenue goals.
What you'll bring:
- 6+ years in campaign operations, marketing automation, or marketing ops roles
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or Marketo), Salesforce, 6sense, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management, funnel metrics, and campaign attribution.
- Experience with email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in segmentation and deliverability.
- Comfort with data and analytics; ability to partner with Marketing Analytics to analyze and interpret campaign performance.
- Exposure to AI-driven orchestration or predictive scoring models.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Suite skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a results-driven environment
