A Brief Overview
This position is part of the Company's business systems function and leads initiatives around Oracle Fusion HCM to analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. This position supports strategic direction by providing technical leadership to identify and address business issues and opportunities. This role requires a balance of people leadership and deep hands-on execution, driving delivery across systems while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned to business objectives. Incumbents will support end-to-end ownership and play a key role in enabling next-generation capabilities, including AI-driven solutions and automation.
What you will do

  • Lead a team of engineers and analyst for end-to-end solution design Oracle Fusion HCM (Core, HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Talent, Absence).
  • Act as the Oracle Fusion HCM subject matter expert in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company system's needs
  • Drive adoption of standard (OOTB) capabilities and recommending and personalization and customization, if required.
  • Perform code reviews and enforce development standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues with root cause analysis and resolution
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define/refine requirements, recommend industry best practices, and optimize processes
  • Lead and support implementation of AI Agents and conversational interfaces and self-service automation
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls, data security and privacy policies
  • Implement and enforce access controls, audit-ready solutions, and participate in audit reviews and remediation activities
  • Identify opportunities to reduce vendor dependency, increase internal delivery capability, and optimize license and infrastructure usage
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree preferred preferred 

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM experience required
  • Typically 2+ years Managerial or Lead experience preferred 
  • Typically 5+ years IT experience required

The preferred location for this role is Atlanta, GA, and the salary range for this location is $100,800.00 to $189,000.00.  All qualified external applicants will be considered for an in-office role, based in Atlanta.  All qualified internal candidates are encouraged to apply and consider relocation to Atlanta and may be considered for remote hire at the company’s discretion. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience. 

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
