In this role, you will act as the connective tissue across internal teams, driving alignment and enabling seamless execution of M&A activities and special cross-functional projects. You will be responsible for joining external partner or acquisition-related meetings, absorbing business context, translating findings into internal language, and ensuring structured handoffs to functional leaders across People, Product, Finance, Revenue, Marketing, and Business Operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on learning quickly, navigating ambiguity, and driving execution in a distributed, global organization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Business Development and Integration
- Participate in early discovery calls and due diligence for potential acquisitions, partnerships, or integrations.
- Act as a business translator—capturing nuanced insights from partner discussions and translating them into clear, actionable plans for internal teams.
- Develop playbooks and project plans to drive smooth onboarding of acquired companies or partners, ensuring readiness across functions.
- Identify potential risks or cultural mismatches early and surface them to the appropriate leaders for mitigation.
- Program & Project Management
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain structured frameworks for tracking progress, resolving blockers, and driving accountability across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure post-integration success, supporting execution of shared goals and addressing cross-functional dependencies.
- Communication & Change Management
- Collaborate closely with leadership to drive clear, consistent messaging and alignment across teams involved in transformation efforts.
- Create documentation, executive summaries, and dashboards to provide visibility on initiatives.
- Help evolve internal processes, structures, and rituals that enable better alignment during phases of rapid growth or change.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting, business transformation, corporate development, or related fields.
- Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional projects in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication and synthesis skills — able to translate business needs into clear, actionable insights.
- Confident in joining and leading conversations with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Passionate about continuous learning, process improvement, and creating clarity from complexity and ambiguity.
- Comfortable operating in a remote-first, global environment with distributed stakeholders.
- Curious and innovative in applying AI tools to streamline workflows, extract insights, and support faster, smarter decision-making.
- Previous experience developing integration playbooks or supporting M&A readiness is preferred.
