About this Role:

The Manager, Business Development (Industry Partnerships)  is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of the Business Development team at ServiceTitan. S/he will source, drive, manage, and optimize partnerships with a focus on partners in our best practices/trade association, channel affiliates, value added resellers (VARs) and other growth partnerships. This role will serve as a Partner Manager and contribute to a broader go-to-market strategy in key categories for residential, commercial, and construction segments. S/he will partner closely with key stakeholders in Sales/Marketing, operations, product and product strategy, and others to drive impact to company and department goals. This individual has a well-rounded background -- including account/relationship management, strategic thinking and program management -- drawing key elements from roles in sales, strategic partnerships, account management, and SaaS technology, and will excel in a cross functional environment. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Drive expansion and optimize efficiency for current and prospective industry partnerships, with a focus on lead generation and TAM expansion via managing and expanding current relationships and acquiring new partners that compliment ServiceTitan’s offerings in market and can positively contribute conjoint GTM

  • Assess opportunities and make recommendations to improve our industry partner programs, product integration capabilities, championing the partner persona, or other strategies that will help scale our ecosystem

  • Develop business cases using quantitative and qualitative analyses, evaluate multiple financial models to monetize partnerships, and related deliverables; Size revenue and efficiency opportunities, and prioritizing activity accordingly

  • Translate company goals into technology, organization, and program strategies leveraging external parties, channel partners, with an emphasis on channel sales, referrals, and joint GTM activities

  • Manage partner ecosystem, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to goals and performance meet expectation of measurable positive impact most importantly to customers, but also for ServiceTitan and our Partners

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience (preferably in business development, business operations, product management within technology (ideally SaaS, or similar experience)

  • Excellent strategic thinking and assessment skills for business ecosystems

  • Excellent business development, executive presence, rapport building, and negotiating skills

  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to represent ServiceTitan at partner meetings, industry events, trade shows, etc.

  • Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, and work effectively cross-functionally

  • Excellent organization and communication skills: from ideation through execution

  • Strong understanding of how to effectively leverage external parties to optimize company initiatives (e.g. VARs, affiliate sales, etc.)

  • Results-driven, detail-oriented, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity

  • Experience in technology and how integrations are developed via APIs a plus

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA or equivalent experience preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $136,600 USD - $182,600 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
