We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Business Applications to lead and optimize the suite of business systems that power our go-to-market teams. This role is ideal for a systems-savvy leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, process design, and strategy. You’ll work closely with Sales leadership — including our CRO — and cross-functional partners to ensure our business applications are effectively enabling growth, productivity, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate has deep experience managing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalents), understands how B2B SaaS sales organizations operate at scale, and is capable of translating complex business needs into strategic, scalable system solutions. You’ll bring not only technical expertise, but also the ability to drive initiatives that streamline workflows, improve reporting, and optimize end-to-end revenue processes.
About The Role
- Own and evolve our suite of business applications (CRM and related tools), ensuring they meet the strategic and operational needs of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps.
- Serve as a thought partner to Sales leadership and the CRO, bringing a systems and process lens to key go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of technical solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and scale across the revenue organization.
- Collaborate with RevOps and Business Operations to align application functionality with company objectives, metrics, and reporting needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specs, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes.
- Drive change management and training efforts to ensure adoption of system enhancements and new tools.
- Maintain a high level of data quality and integrity across systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Business Applications, Business Systems, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, funnel dynamics, forecasting, pipeline management, and how sales teams operate at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical conversations and translate between business and system requirements.
- Strategic thinker with experience influencing leadership and driving cross-functional initiatives.
- Prior experience managing individual contributors and leading systems-focused teams.
- Experience working in a large company or enterprise environment, with the ability to scale systems for growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with integrated tools in the GTM stack (e.g., CPQ, Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.)
- Background in change management, system architecture, or business process reengineering.
- Experience in both fast-paced, high-growth startups and mature, structured enterprise environments.
