Your Role
The Manager, Business Analysis will lead a high performing team of analytical and process-oriented individuals while managing and setting standards for process analysis, improvement and measurement. They will manage their team through day-to-day operations and prioritization of incoming improvements for processes and systems. This position will work with internal stakeholders to assess, align, and plan their strategic goals to ensure our processes and systems will enable growth and scalability for our internal teams and customers.
What You Will Accomplish
- Lead a team to build, document and manage business processes improvements & strategy in an agile environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to review, prioritize and assess strategic objectives.
- Coach and lead the business analysis team, determining the right approach for the team to take and evaluating this through the life of the change process.
- Act as a recognized expert, continuously reflecting and challenging the team and creating an environment for success.
- Develop and maintain high quality processes and practices to comply with regulatory standards, industry standards, and best practices.
- Provide analysis and input on the design of new systems and features.
- Organize the team and their processes to optimize engagement, prioritization, and productivity.
- Provide direction, mentorship, and hands-on direction to the team.
- Guide resourcing decisions cross-functionally to negotiate goals across the Business Systems team.
- Implement best practices to constantly work towards growing both team members’ skills as well as the quality and reliability of business processes.
What We Are Looking For

- Post-Secondary degree in Business Analysis, Process Improvement or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, application, strategy, or process improvement role.
- Strong leadership skills, ideally, direct experience managing a business analyst or project management team.
- Understanding of Process Improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of CRM, ERP and various other business application solutions.
- Experience supporting, maintaining, and implementing ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to clearly communicate and present ideas and results to a diverse business and technical audience.
- Advanced skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Compensation & Benefits
- The Compensation Range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Please note that the actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills. If the compensation structure for the role includes an incentive component (ie. most Sales roles) the range below represents total target compensation (TTC) (base salary + variable).

- MIN: $93,800 - MID: $134,000 - MAX: $160,800 Currency: CAD
- MIN: $112,700 - MID: $161,000 - MAX: $193,200 Currency: USD
