How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead a team to develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for AI-driven HR solutions that reflect business priorities
  • Guide the full product lifecycle for AI features, from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration
  • Serve as the link between technical AI teams and HR stakeholders by translating complex AI capabilities into actionable product requirements
  • Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes strategic objectives and incremental delivery of impactful projects
  • Define and monitor success metrics for AI features and solutions, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with HR teams, Legal, and other business groups to gather requirements, manage expectations, and foster product adoption

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications/Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field

Experience
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading technology transformation projects with a focus on automation and process efficiency

Preferred Qualifications/Experience
  • 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms such as Oracle, HCM, Workday or SAP

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve objectives
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen to connect AI capabilities with HR needs
  • Empathy for employee and HR user experiences
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing AI environments
  • Deep understanding of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee life cycle, as well as associated technologies and systems
  • Ability to align systems, programs and people with company strategy
