Management Analyst III

SUMMARY

Serve as a senior analytics and modernization lead responsible for spearheading the transition of legacy Fleet Management and Planning System (FLTMPS) into FTM Tableau reports in Jupiter, the Department of the Navy’s fully integrated enterprise cloud data environment. Provide advanced support for FTM/FLTMPS processes, oversee coordination to ensure effective training material development, sustainment, and delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead analysis of Navy training readiness processes, evaluating compliance trends, workflow effectiveness, and capability maturity across FTM/FLTMPS systems.

· Oversee all training-related activities, ensuring alignment between Government objectives, Fleet requirements, and contractor/vendor execution.

· Guide the refinement and sustainment of training materials, ensuring version control, technical accuracy, and alignment with Government-provided content.

· Design data reports to execute within Jupiter-supported platforms (e.g., Qlik Sense, Databricks notebooks).

· Eliminate manual data extraction and spreadsheet manipulation by leveraging Jupiter's modern pipeline infrastructure.

· Tie reporting layers directly to vetted enterprise datasets in the Jupiter Data Catalog to ensure a single, authoritative source of truth for navy leadership.

· Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred. Seven (7) to ten (10) years in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, or a related technical field, or Navy training operations.

· Extensive experience with Navy training pipelines, readiness reporting systems, and enterprise capability evaluation.

· Advanced proficiency in data visualization platforms (Tableau and Qlik Sense).

· Advanced proficiency in analytics, dashboard development, and process mapping.

· Deep understanding of Navy personnel databases, FLTMPS architectures, fleet training cycles, and manpower authorization metrics

· Active DoD Secret Security Clearance (generally, U.S. citizenship required).

· Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience supporting Department of War or comparable federal agency or systems.

· Familiarity with FTM data integration and Navy enterprise standards.

Full-time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.

Work is expected to be remote; however, the company reserves the right to require onsite work.

Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting weights up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $85,000-$95,000 annually
